How fast will my order ship?
We here at The Fantasy art of Ash Evans LLC, like to get your order to you as soon as possible. Your order till ship within 2 weeks of purchase unless otherwise informed by email. We are a small company and we want to give you the attention to detail and quality you deserve. Also in an effort to conserve resources and help the environment we only ship out once a week.
Do you ship Internationally?
YES!! We ship world wide but please be advised it will be at a higher cost then shipping in the United States. Please contact me for a shipping quote PRIOR to your purchase.
Does the Copyright information appear on the pieces and prints?No. That is for our protection on the site to prevent any unauthorized use or sale.
Am I allowed to download your art?Not without permission, Please write and ask us. Also let us know what you are going to use it for and please give us credit for the work. Also you may not manipulate the art in any way.If you suspect any act of piracy please contact us. I have ZERO tolerance for piracy of art of any kind especially my own. Due to special interest in PSP tubes Ash has image tubes for purchase. This is the ONLY approved use of her art.
If you are a company wanting to use the art in a logo please email Ash, she does grant permissions from time to time.
Can I link to your site?

How can I pay for my order?Personal check, credit card or PayPal. If you are paying by check make it payable to Ashley Evans and include full address and phone number. Please note that your order will not ship until payment is received. If buying an original, that painting will have a pending status until payment has processed.
Do I have to be a Pay Pal member to use PayPal?No you do not. Please see www.paypal.com for more info.!
Do you have any licensed products?Yes, please look at our licensing page for more information. I am always open to new licensing options. If you are interested please contact us.

Can we meet in person or go out on a date? No. I am sure you are a very nice person but there are a lot of crazy people out there. I make appearences from time to time and you are welcome to come to those but that is it. Date? I am married! It is crazy how much I get emails for this.
Can you tell me a little bit about the merchandise on this site?All the things featured on this site are made by me, unless it is officially licensed with a company. I put my hands on all of it. The Book Marks, buttons,ACEO''s and totes are made by me for this site.
The buttons are 2.5 inches and are metal pin back buttons with a protective mylar over the image for durability.
The ACEO''s are printed on heavy card stock with archival inks. Each is signed, titled and comes in a protective plastic top loader.
The book marks are 2 7/8in by 3 3/4 in plastic sleeves. The image inside is on high quality card stock with archival inks. Each is sprayed with sparkles,signed and titled. I then choose fun ribbons to accent them with. Ribbon colors will vary.
All posters and prints are printed out of house but are all signed and packaged by me so I can make sure they are quality. Each comes in a plastic sleeve.
When will your resin figurines be available?
If everything stays on track they will be available in the fall of 2007. You will be able to purchase them here on the site or in stores. I may have a preorder list so if you are interested please email me.
If I join your mailing list will you share my information with anyone?Absolutely not. I hate spam and I dont want to generate more. We never share your info with anyone, whether it is a purchase, inquiry or request to join our list
What are your bath and body products like? Where can I purchase them?You may purchase bath and body products right off of the site, we only have limited quantities though. Primarily you may buy them from Mystic Memories here Buy me
About the products:Perfume oils:Our perfume oils are MUCH DIFFERENT than your normal body sprays or mainstream fragrance sprays! These products will usually start with oils or chemical fragrance which they watered down (with other chemicals, water or alcohols) to make more from less thus making them less concentrated. Because they are less concentrated they appear to be cheaper in price than most perfume oils but keep in mind an ounce of fragrance spray is NOT an ounce of perfume oil. Our Perfume Oils contain only the finest quality, pure cosmetic grade oils & essential oils. They are NOT watered down, contain NO cheap fillers, NO water (oils should never contain water) & NO alcohol. This Makes Our Perfume Oils More Concentrated Than The Leading Fragrance Sprays which means the scent lasts longer & you use less! We feel ounce for ounce you get more of a value from purchasing our perfume oils verse fragrance sprays...
What is your return policy?
A lot of our items are print on demand and we have limited storage space at our facility, we do not accept returns. Of course if an item comes broken or damaged we will be happy to replace it. Our customers satisfaction is our top priority and we accomodate our customers as much as possible.
What are you doing to help out the environment?
I recycle everything possible including packing materials. It may not be as pretty but we must reuse! All packing peanuts WE purchase are cornstarch but we recycle the styrofoam ones people ship to us with. I only ship once a week in an effort to conserve gas. I have energy saving lights in my studio. I also use earth friendly solvents for my oil paints, sketch digitally to conserve paper and even reuse canvases if I can. Every little bit counts!
May I commission a painting?Yes you may, on a case by case basis. My workload isn't what it used to be and I have to turn down a LOT of requests now simply becase of time. I usually only take something in my realm of fantasy because I would like to still make prints etc. Prices vary by size and the work involved. I am now also doing custon fairy and dragon pet portraits!!Please email me for more details and pricing **AS OF 2008 ASH IS UNABLE to take on commissions her schedule and obligations are too great at this time.
